We’re ready to pour the 14 inch structural slab. 

All of the reinforcing steel (rebar) is in place, the electrical conduit going from the East Mechanical room to the West Mechanical room is there, and the plumbing rough-in has been completed.  The plumbing and electrical inspections have been completed, and now we need the reinforcing steel to be inspected.  Then, we need the skies to clear with 0% chance of rain.

Before the reinforcing steel can be inspected, two changes to the structural plans need to be reviewed and approved by the City of Monte Sereno’s engineers – the removal of one concrete wall and the change from wooden posts to steel columns.  Bryan will follow up on these items on Monday morning.
